strolling around cologne one late december afternoon with shakey knees from just having descended 500+ stairs of a narrow winding staircase in the cathedral, m and a few friends came turned a corner and were greeted by this rather oversized upside-down ice cream cone sitting on top of a shopping mall near the Neumarktplatz.there's probably some deeper meaning behind all this but alas our overriding desire for hot food took priority after all!
now we may never know who dropped it there........or what they were trying to tell us, for that matter!
